What's Been Going On...
* Christmas in February?
That's how it felt like when we celebrated grandpa/dad's 62nd
birthday on the 25th. Instead of grandpa/dad only getting
presents, everyone celebrating his birthday received a present
from him. It was a nice treat and one birthday party we look
forward to every year.
* The kids are better
Caitlin, Jack and Siobhan are feeling so much better now.
They had the stomach flu, ear infection and a cold over the
February school break, some vacation that turned out to be.
* 19 months old and a biter
That would be Siobhan. She's been giving mommy bruises all
over her arms, legs, and back. She's getting better at saying
words, soon we'll be able to understand what's she's really
trying to tell us. Her favorite toy so far is her desk. She likes
turning it upside down and pretending like she's in a rabbit's
hole. Go figure. She's still fascinated with her belly button so
this is why she still wears shirts with the buttons below
(onesies).
* A two digit number
Caitin celebrated her 10th birthday on March 5th at
City Beach with many of her classmates. We still find it hard
to believe we have a pre-teen in the house.
Her favorite gift - a green mini ipod. She also was able to pass
out goody bags to 35 of her classmates on Friday, thanks to
Nana Helen who provided the Coca Cola beanie stuffed
animals ;0)
* Artistic Expression
HELP Jackie, Erin or Colleen! Sean is attempting to paint
Caitlin's closet doors with the kids and there's too many pencil
eraser shavings on the ground and carpet. All this painting
just to make the black light work.
* TAR Seven
Jack's favorite show, Tuesdays at 9pm on CBS.
He tries to convince mom and dad if he can stay up to watch
it, but he knows his bed time is at 8:30pm, this is why we
TiVo it. Who is he cheering for next? Megan and Heidi.
His favorite team is Susan and Patrick, the first mother and son
team in the race to date.
