Family Update 6

Just got off the phone with my mom. My dad's CT scan came back
normal, they didn't find anything out of the ordinary so that's a good
sign. I don't really know if they determined the cause of the rectal
bleeding (my mom didn't mention it). Right now, they are waiting
for Dr. Abad Santos (Infectious Disease doctor) to sign off on some
paperwork so that he can be released from the hospital. We're
hoping it will be sometime this afternoon. He'll have a follow-up
appointment with Dr. Macalintal (Neurologist) next week so they'll
be staying at Auntie Julie's house in Mulawin, Tanza until then. My
mom says they will probably stay in the Philippines until after
Auntie Julie's 60th birthday on February 17th, so more than likely,
my mom will celebrate her birthday there as well (hers is on the
18th). My parents will be heading back to Guam afterwards.
